Daniele and Malissa will be leading you and a soundbath experience with the intention to relax your body and mind from all the holiday stress.To reset your cells at 432hz and to shift your mind to a place of gratitude.
Gratitude reminds you to stay present. We Will be using sound bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments in this one hour experience. Reiki will also be provided. We have a few zero gravity chairs, and some yoga mats. If there is anything extra that you would like to add like a special pillow or blanket, please bring it. It is a donation based event. All is welcome please share with anyone you know who might benefit.✨Also anyone who attends if wanted will receive a message from Spirit.
