Our 8-Week Beginner Pole Dance Series is designed for absolute beginners — no dance, flexibility, or fitness experience required! It’s also perfect if you’ve taken pole before and are ready to return to the dance floor with a fresh start.
With guidance from a supportive, certified instructor, you’ll build strength, flexibility, stamina, and confidence while learning the fundamentals of pole fitness.
What You’ll Learn:

💥 Foundational spins & transitions
💥 Floorwork fundamentals
💥 Beginner climbs & spins
💥 Intro to dancing in heels & exploring sensuality
💥 Creative movement & expression
💥 Safety & pole terminology
Series Structure:
✨ Meets once a week (Mondays, 7:15 PM) for 8 weeks
✨ Weeks 1–6: Static Pole basics (non-spinning)
✨ Weeks 7–8: Intro to Spin Pole
What to Bring:
✔ Water, pole journal, optional phone for progress videos
✔ Wear: Tank top, sports bra, fitted shorts, socks
✖ Leave at home: Jewelry & lotions (for safety & grip)
👉 Knee pads recommended for floorwork

📢 Class size limited (up to 10 students – shared poles ensure practice + observation)
📢 Minimum of 4 students required to hold the series
