This month’s Yoga & Sound Journey offerings invite you into a compassionate unfolding of body, breath, and intention as we step into the new year with presence and clarity.
Each session is Candle-lit, creating a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and realign. Through mindful movement, candle-lit stillness, and resonant sound, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and inner listening—allowing tension to soften and intentions to take root.

Candle-lit Slow Yoga (6.45–7.15pm)

Whether you’re seeking grounding, renewal, or a moment of stillness amidst the busyness of life, this series offers a gentle yet powerful way to begin the year—held in sound, movement, and intention.
All levels & All Genders welcome (16+). Join as you are.

Unfortunately Sound Healing is not suitable for those with a pace-maker/metal plates in Body, have epilepsy/suffer seizures or in first of Trimester Pregnancy.
