The January New Moon encourages you to softly let go of anything that is blocking the road to manifesting your best life. It asks you to release so that you can align with your highest intentions. We do this with quiet structure, gentle discipline and long term vision. By strengthening our bones and tending to the foundation, we begin to create a life of ambition with dreamy undertones.
The Capricorn New Moon wants your life to be unrecognizable in one year's time. January's Sound Bath will support your body in tending the soil, planting the seed and committing to the path.

Magic Moon Medicine's Sound Baths are sweetly woven tapestries of word and sound. Each sound bath features a theme connected to the cycles of the seasons and opens with a guided meditation that gently takes you on a journey deeper into yourself.
For 2026, the sound baths for the first half of the year will celebrate the New Moon up until the Summer Solstice. Thereafter, they will celebrate the Full Moon. This is meant to honor the Yin and Yang aspects of the lunar cycle.
At the sound bath, participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system.

We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound. We also have nest making materials at the studio for you to use as well.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins. The door will be locked a little after 6pm in order to not disturb the experience of participants.
