Each week has a unique theme to support your reset from the inside out.
WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK
WEEK 1 – January 4th

A grounding slow flow focused on breathwork, mindfulness, and clearing mental clutter. We’ll move with intention and create inner stillness to start the year fresh.
You’ll leave feeling: calm, centered, and mentally refreshed.

💪🏾RESET THE BODY
Build strength gently while opening major muscle groups. This class blends stretch + strength to help you feel energized, mobile, and back in your body after the holidays.
You’ll leave feeling: stronger, open, and reconnected.
WEEK 3 – January 18th
❤️RESET THE HEART
A self-love centered flow focused on softening, releasing tension, and creating space emotionally and physically. Expect heart-openers, hip releases, and affirmations.
You’ll leave feeling: lighter, supported, and in your heart.
WEEK 4 – January 25th
✨RESET THE SPIRIT
A gentle flow and mini-sound bath to realign your energy, call in your intentions, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
You’ll leave feeling: uplifted, aligned, and spiritually reset.
