A great way to refresh after the Holidays and New Year. Join us at Studio 2880 for a workshop that will leave you both relaxed and refreshed.-Join Lisanne Watchelli with Happy*Healthy*Whole as she leads you through a gentle 45 minute Yin Yoga practice. Suitable for all people regardless of age or level of physical fitness. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.
We will also be blending up our own botanical tub tea blends for you to take home and extend the relaxation experience. Lisa with Wildflower Farm will be walking you through the process of blending up your own tub teas. The two tub tea blends you will be creating are a Relax blend (lavender) and a Soothe blend (Camomile) You will get hands on with the ingredients and mix them up in their own re-useable cotton "tea bags".
A complimentary hot tea will be served. We look forward to getting relaxed and feeling refreshed with you!

Registration fee is $55/ per person.
Please note class size is limited so early enrollment is encouraged.
As usual our workshops are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend you are able to transfer your registration to another person. Please inform us of any changes so we can update our guest list.
