We’re kicking off the new year with our first Recipe Club Events, and you’re invited into 'the kitchen' with Chef David for an interactive cooking demonstration where you’ll learn tips, techniques, and gain inspiration along the way. Lunch features tender roast chicken with goat cheese, sun-dried tomato and basil, finishing with a refreshing blood orange ice cream dessert - and at dinner, settle in for a cozy dish spotlighting our famous lamb shish kebob across a plate of rice pilaf, warm citrus salad, and baklava drizzled with honey and walnuts. And of course, wine from our storied wine cellar will be served!
