This is the first film adaptation of H.G. Wells' novel of the same name. It stars Rod Taylor and Yvette Mimieux. It follows the novel closely with only a couple added scenes regarding the treat of nuclear war and the societal changes that threat would bring on. (Very much in mind in 1960.) Starts at 8 PM in the Narnia Room on the second floor of the Foundry. (elevator is available.) Free popcorn is available and feel free to bring your own. BYOB.
