Monthly MomPowered MeetupsReal talk. Real moms. Real-life support.
MomPowered Meetups are monthly, in-person conversations for moms who want honest discussion, evidence-based information, and a supportive space to talk about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenting — without fluff, pressure, or performative positivity.
Each month focuses on a specific topic, alternating between late pregnancy/labor preparation and postpartum/newborn life, so whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or somewhere in between, there’s a place for you in the conversation.
This is not a class, a lecture, or a sales pitch. It’s a guided, small-group discussion led by Dogwood Doula Birth Services, designed to help moms feel more prepared, grounded, and supported.
Who’s welcome:
Dogwood Doula clients and their female birth support (such as doulas, sisters, or trusted female supports) are welcome to attend.
Non-clients may request attendance by texting 915-630-4948.
Babies & kids:
Nursing babies are always welcome. Young toddlers may attend occasionally, though space is limited and the environment is best suited for calmer little ones.
