This 5-week program is designed to retrain how your body moves—from the hips to the core to the shoulders. Using yoga as the foundation, we build strength, mobility, and alignment through activation-based training.

Week 2: Hips + Pelvis Repatterning
Anterior/posterior pelvic tilt assessment, hip dips symmetry work, inner thigh release.
Week 3: Upper Body + Core Drive
Triceps activation, shoulder mechanics, plank integration.
Week 4: Flow-Based Mobility
Combining activation with controlled mobility and gentle load.
Week 5: Integration + Personal Blueprint
