About this Event
Welcome to the January Marietta Housing Forum!
Join us at the First Presbyterian Church for an engaging discussion on the potential for both affordable and mixed use development through partnerships!
Our featured speaker will be Rev. Dr. Hodari Williams.
Rev. Dr. Hodari Williams is the current Pastor of New Life Presbyterian Church and has created a non-profit development arm within his church and worked with the Fulton County Development Authority on the development of his church’s property. The model has increased the value of the church’s asset holdings from $1.3 million to over $100 million. As Executive Director of South Fulton Community Lifeline Inc., he leads initiatives that foster community development and empowerment in South Fulton, Georgia. In addition, Reverend Williams serves on the Downtown Development Authority for the City of South Fulton, playing a key role in shaping the city's growth and infrastructure. He also directs the Thriving Prophetic Congregations Initiative at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, where he is an adjunct professor, inspiring future leaders in justice-focused ministry.
