Shine On Detroit is a no-pressure meet-up for bootblacks and leather lovers of all skill levels and orientations. This meet-up will be all lab time, a chance to sit with other folks who love to love on leather.
We have some big ideas in the works. Come hear about them on January 22, 2025, in the back room of the Dovetail. Please plan to dress appropriately for the venue. No outside food or drink is allowed, but the coffee beverages at the cafe are excellent.
This is a meetup for kinksters and leather folks of all skill levels to swap stories and techniques. We will have the community kit on hand for the evening, as well as practice leather, so there is usually something for everyone to learn on. If you want your own supplies and want guidance for where to start, drop us a message or email [email protected].
In 2025, we will start passing the plate, so to speak, at the beginning of the meet-up. Please donate to Shine On Detroit if you have a little to spare. Donations are not required for attendance.
