Join us for a relaxed summer morning exploring bushland and foreshore habitats at East Jindabyne. We’ll meet at the water tower at the end of Willow Bay Place and wander through nearby bush and along the lakeshore to see which birds are active at this time of year. Along the way, we’ll share observations and learn together, and we’ll also be completing a Birdata bird survey, contributing valuable records to BirdLife Australia’s national bird monitoring program.
After the walk, we’ll pause to enjoy a relaxed snack and chat — please bring your own morning tea.
This is a family-friendly event, suitable for beginners and experienced birdwatchers alike. Children are very welcome, but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
