This Empress Circle is a floating ritual of release, alignment, and deep restoration. You’ll arrive in your swimsuit, slip into the heated saltwater pool, and let the water hold you as we float.
What You’ll Experience
We begin with intention setting and a gentle relaxation meditation to settle your breath and soften your nervous system.
Once everyone is floating and comfortable, you’ll move through a full chakra blessing with singing bowls, affirmations, and vibrational tones that ripple through the water and into your body.
