Ecstatic Dance Winter Series begins in January!
This is a free form dance, with no choreography. Simply intuitive movement. The dance playlist creates a wave of rhythms to facilitate journeying. The intention is to form connection with community and with one's body, mind and soul.
EveryBODY is welcome, regardless of ability. This event is a supportive space to move your body as much or as little as you'd like.

This specific dance series will take place on:
January 10th
February 7th and 21st
March 7th
11 - 12 PM (noon) at the studio

$20 per student

Limit is 16 participants!
You may show up to 1 or all 4 of the dances! No prior ecstatic dance experience needed!
Each experience will start with a grounding meditation and brief opening circle to welcome everyone and set intentions.
JANUARY 10TH CLASS: SHAPESHIFTING
As the drumbeats fill the room, allow yourself to journey deep as you move through different emotions, sensations, and forms of expression that embody your authenticity. Rediscover the infinite river of resources, wisdom, and love within you. Dance, meditate and play with the shapeshifting, ever changing nature of the human body and spirit.

-This is a substance free event. Please show up as you are.
-No photographs or video recording is permitted, unless the whole group consents.
-No verbal communication on the dance floor. Feel free to leave the dance floor if you need to speak with someone.
-You may dance with or interact with others during the dance but provide clear nonverbal communication to say yes or no to engage with another. Honor your needs!
-Have fun, respect the collective space and yourself and listen to your body!
-Ages 18+
