This month we focus on BLISS and the relevance of Bliss in YOUR life. A Sound Bath led by Sonya Verma invites you into a deep state of rest, helping the nervous system settle and the mind soften. The morning opens with champagne or warm beverage and a short, guided meditation by Mary Barr Rhodes to prepare the body and mind for deep listening.You’ll then be carried by moments of silence and the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, deep resonant gongs, and overtone rich instruments.
A delicious Brunch will be served and we'll share as we embrace the new year. Come ready to relax, reflect, and recharge!
