Roll out your yoga mat with me for a one-hour yoga class and your favorite Ice House pint!

A new flow for the new year! January Bend & Brew is a "Detox, Retox" flow with lots of cleansing twists followed by the Icehouse 3rd birthday celebration!?!?

I teach an accessible, all-levels vinyasa flow where no previous yoga experience is necessary. Bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes and get ready for a great time. Friends don't let friends drink alone, so please invite your friends to come along. Your first pint is included.

$20, includes yoga and a beer

All-levels welcome; must be 21+ to enjoy beer at class

No refunds or credits issued the day of class, at any point once the event is sold out, or after the session.
