A cozy and nurturing space for new parents and their babes to stretch, breathe, and connect.
Each class offers:
🤍 45 minutes of gentle yoga – supportive postnatal movement to help you rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body, all while baby stays close by.
🤍 15 minutes of connection – circle time to share, reflect, and build community with other parents in a warm, heart-centered setting.
This series is suitable for all levels — no previous yoga experience needed.
✨ Designed for babes aged 6 weeks to pre-crawling.
✨ Please bring a thick blanket for baby to lie on.
Space is intentionally kept small for intimacy and support.
