💜 Women’s Open Mat 💜Join us for an afternoon dedicated to movement, connection, and building up the women’s jiu-jitsu community. We’re hosting a women’s-only open mat on Sunday, June 22 from 2–4 PM at Caridian BJJ, and everyone is welcome — all teams, all experience levels.

🌿 Start with Yoga:
We’ll kick things off at 2 PM with a 30-minute Yoga for BJJ session led by our in-house instructor, Ingrid. Rolling begins at 2:30 PM.
✨ What to Expect:
Great music, great rolls, and an uplifting environment focused on connection and support. Whether it’s your first open mat or your hundredth, this space is made for women to train, learn, and lift each other up.
👚 What to Bring:
• Gi or No-Gi (bring both if you can!)
• Water bottle (free water dispenser + cold drinks for sale)
• Optional snacks or treats to share
👧 Kid-Friendly:
We have arcade games and a TV area for kiddos who need to tag along.
🚻 Amenities:
• Women’s restrooms
• Cold A/C and fans
• No showers, but space to cool down and hang out afterward
