Open to new and existing clients!Please note this clinic is walk up - you will need to stand in line with your dog(s). Be sure your dog is on a leash and you can keep them near you and away from other dogs!

Application process:

2) Make sure to write down or screenshot the clinic information included at the end of the application!
Purchase options:
---->Heartworm test + 12 month ProHeart12 injection + 6 month flea/tick prevention (Price: $50)
---->KadieBear treatment (only for heartworm positive dogs who are *currently enrolled* in heartworm treatment)
