Welcome to 2023! Are you still in the income property game? A lot has changed over the past twelve months. At this month's meeting, we'll be discussing the topic In Person & Online! In addition, this month's presentation & discussion will review common mistakes we make as investors. Some mistakes we learn to avoid or overcome early in our journey as property entrepreneurs. Other mistakes can plague us for years.
New to the Comal Hays REIA meeting format for 2023, we're launching the online option for those who would like to join in remotely during the presentation and Q&A that follows. The meeting will not be recorded for playback.

For those who plan to attend In Person, we continue to meet at the San Marcos Public Library in the Conference Room. The library opens at 10 AM. Our In Person meeting begins around 10:15 AM, with a sign-in sheet, self-introductions, round table discussions and business card/contact exchange.
Our presentations will now begin at 11 AM, inviting those who log on remotely to join the group. The last 15-20 minutes will include a Q&A round table interactive discussion. The meeting concludes at noon.
