2. Item Acceptance:
We kindly request that you bring your items for repair between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please note that we will accept items until we have reached our repair capacity for the day.
3. Collection of items:
We will endeavour to have repairs and assessments completed by 12:00 PM and kindly request that you are available to collect items before finishing time of 12:00 PM. This will allow us to maintain our schedule and serve all visitors promptly.
We believe these new rules will streamline our repair process and improve the overall experience for everyone. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner and minimize any potential delays.
