Jan's Music Quiz is back at the Joseph Conrad in 2025! Following a successful pilot, join us every second Tuesday of the month, where Jan will be quizzing you on all genres of music from the 1960s to the present day.Exclusive to the Joseph Conrad, this music quiz will be unlike any other in my regular roster: this will be a SpeedQuizzing music quiz.
SpeedQuizzing brings a whole new element of fun to a quiz. If you've not played before, it really is quite simple - there's no pens, no papers - just bring along your mobile device (iPad/tablet recommended for screen size, but you can use your phone), connect to us through the SpeedQuizzing app and away you go.
We'll be testing your musical knowledge through question, audio & picture rounds, plus have the opportunity to buzz in, fast track up the leaderboard and gain bonus points for answering the question before anyone else. For anyone who has played before, I'm sure you can testify it really is a superb quizzing experience.
All the fun starts from 8pm, with superb in-house prizes to be won. £2 entry per player, recommended teams of up to 6 but bigger teams welcome. Come and join in the fun!
