Join us for Worcester's first ever Jane Austen Weekend!
The base for the weekend will be St Swithun's church, a beautfully preserved 18th century church, right in the centre of Worcester - so you can fully immerse yourself in the world of Jane Austen!
The full itinerary will be announced in January, but will include:
- Music
- Craft
- Austen-themed Afternoon Tea
- Quiz
- Walking tour of Georgian Worcester
- Recreation of a Georgian Church Service*
Whether you're coming alone or in a group, you'll have plenty of opportunities to meet other Austen fans. If you need a break from the socialising or activities at any point, we have a special Library set up, where you can relax and read in peace.
You can take part in as many activities as you like, and buy separate tickets for each activity if you prefer. There's a special ticket bundle, if you want to attend the whole weekend. And - even better - there are discounted Early Bird tickets are available until 8th January - perfect as Christmas gifts!
Capacity of some of the activities is limited, so make sure you book early and don't miss out!
*The Georgian Church Service is free entry, but ticketed due to limited capacity, so buying a bundle ticket guarantees a space
