HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! It's time for a January square dance at Studio 18. Cabin fever can't keep us down when we've got somewhere to go dancing! Grab your friends and family and we'll see you there.

Never square danced before? No problem! Square dancing is super fun to learn and easy to catch on. Not able to bring a partner? We’ll find you one. If you've square danced before, you know how fun it is!
Feel free to bring a finger food snack to share with your fellow dancers, but it's not required.
Invite your friends and family! There is a cost to rent this location - and the band works hard. Please consider a suggested donation of $5 per person or $20 per family at the donation bucket by the door. Any amount is appreciated.
Michigan Fiddlers Association members are providing us with live music, and if you or anyone you know would like to jam with the band in addition to dancing, feel free to bring along your acoustic instrument! Waiver for photos/video and injury liability will need to be signed by everyone who attends (provided at the door).

Still concerned because you “can't dance”? Don't worry. Each dance is taught before we dance it, and the “caller” even tells you what to do WHILE you're dancing. It can't get much easier than that! Your fellow dancers will also help you along and often mistakes turn into a fit of laughter and fun. I've seen people dance from ages 2 years old to 92 years old. At least come and give it a try!
