We’ve recently received several messages about Self-Defense workshops.
We’re happy to announce that our first self-defense workshop of 2026 will be January 10th from 10am - 12pm. The cost for this event is $35 for participants and $10 for spectators.
During this event we will be gauging interest in an ongoing self-defense class for women.
