✨ Jam'n'Dance est une invitation au lâcher prise et la créativité dans la musique et le mouvement. L'idée est de se rencontrer dans nos forces et nos vulnérabilités et d'exprimer notre enfant intérieur. Jouant ensemble l'instant présent. Le temps d'une soirée ou d'un Week-End.
Libre de participer pleinement aux propositions, ou de simplement venir observer, écouter, sentir, gouter ! ✨
🌕Cette fois nous allons célébrer avec la présence de la Pleine lune !
Celle-ci est appelée Lune de Ver, car elle marque la période ou les soles se réchauffent, les vers remontent à la surface, annonçant le début du printemps.
🌱Ce week end nous allons donc célébrer ce printemps naissant par plusieurs propositions :
--- Le Feu---
Allumer un Feu peut être apaisant, réconfortant, et acte symbolique fort. Brulant nos soucis, accompagnant nos intensions.
Ce soir là, pour honorer la Lune et le printemps naissant, ouvrir le week-end, partager nos intensions, chants, histoires, légende... comme le faisait les ancêtres!
---Jam Session---
Les Jam Sessions sont des espaces de création spontanée dans le son et la musique. Ouvert aux novices, amateurs et professionnels.
L'invitation est la liberté d'expression et la co-création.
L'écoute de l'autre et de nos propres sons est la principale qualité recherché. Nous proposerons de petits exercices de connexion au corp et aux autres pour donner cette cohérence, et se mettre à l'aise.
---Ecstatic Dance---
Les "Ecstatic Dances" sont des espaces temps de deux heures environs, avec DJ ou musique live, invitant les participant(e)s à une conscience profonde et une danse libre, sans jugement, sans drogue, sans alcool, sans mots et sans chaussures !
Avec une introduction pour guider les premiers pas dans cette danse sans forme ni frontières.
Cette foi - ci elle sera orchéstrée par Ronald Pauffert, DJ venu tout droit de Paris. Notement reconnue par ses ateliers "Somadelic", des experiences profondes dans le mouvement , guidées par ses propositions et par ces musiques savament mixée.

---Mandala/Land Art---
Créer de la beauté avec du vivant ! Se laisser être créatif-ve avec des pierres, branches, feuilles, fruits, graines dans une œuvre collective. Se mettre dans la position offrir est souvent un cadeau pour nous même.
Donner à cet art éphémère la qualité d'une offrande; en hommage à la Lune et ces cycles, en l'honneur du Cacao et ses vertus; nous lie intimement à la Vie et ses forces.
---Cercle de Cacao---
Le Cacao dit “Cérémoniel” est une pâte de cacao de grande qualité (c'est pas du chocolat!) qui se consomme traditionnellement en boisson chaude.
Il a des vertus nutritives et curatives extraordinaire.
Dite "Médecine du cœur", le cacao nourris le corps, donnant une grande énergie, et soigne l'esprit, notamment par la "Théobromine", une molécule du bonheur connectant le tête au cœur !
---Mouvement Authentique---
Le mouvement authentique est une « pratique somatique » plus qu'une danse, qui se pratique en « grand cercle » (groupe) et en « dyades » (duos).
C'est un voyage intérieur, les yeux fermés, où de nombreuses sensations intimes peuvent être explorées, mais aussi un voyage extérieur, où il nous est permis d'explorer ce qui nous entoure, les sensations, les textures, le contact des autres humains... vivre l'Unité avec nos sens et avec le vivant.

Pour ce format, nous voulons vous laisser le choix de faire l’expérience complète du week end, ou de choisir l'activité à laquelle vous souhaitez participé.
(par exemple venir juste pour la JAM du Vendredi ou même simplement pour le Cercle de cacao du Samedi)

-Samedi nous proposerons un Brunch à 10€. (apportez vos snack si besoin ;) )
-Dimanche un petit déjeuner à 7€ pour les personnes restant dormir.

✨ Jam'n'Dance is an invitation for letting go and creativity in music and movement. The idea is to meet in our strengths and vulnerabilities and to express our inner child. Playing together in the present moment. The time of an evening or a Weekend.
Free to participate fully in the proposals, or to simply come and observe, listen, smell, taste! ✨
🌕This time we will celebrate with the presence of the Full Moon!
This one is called the Worm Moon, because it marks the period when the soles warm up, the worms rise to the surface, announcing the beginning of spring.
🌱This weekend we will celebrate this nascent spring with several proposals:
--- Fire---
Lighting a Fire can be soothing, comforting, and a strong symbolic act. Burning our worries, accompanying our intentions.
That evening, to honor the Moon and the nascent spring, open the weekend, share our intentions, songs, stories, legends... as the ancestors did!
---Jam Session---
Jam Sessions are spaces for spontaneous creation in sound and music. Open to novices, amateurs and professionals.
The invitation is freedom of expression and co-creation.
Listening to others and our own sounds is the main quality sought. We will offer small exercises to connect to the body and to others to give this coherence, and to make ourselves comfortable.
---Ecstatic Dance---
The "Ecstatic Dances" are spaces of time of about two hours, with DJ or live music, inviting participants to a deep awareness and a free dance, without judgment, without drugs, without alcohol, without words and without shoes!
With an introduction to guide the first steps in this dance without form or borders.
This time it will be orchestrated by Ronald Pauffert, DJ coming straight from Paris. Notably recognized for his "Somadelic" workshops, deep experiences in movement, guided by his proposals and by this skillfully mixed music.

---Mandala/Land Art---
Create beauty with the living! Let yourself be creative with stones, branches, leaves, fruits, seeds in a collective work. Putting yourself in the position of offering is often a gift to ourselves.
Give this ephemeral art the quality of an offering; in homage to the Moon and its cycles, in honor of Cocoa and its virtues; intimately links us to Life and its forces.
---Cacao Circle---
The so-called “Ceremonial” Cacao is a high-quality cocoa paste (it’s not chocolate!) that is traditionally consumed as a hot drink.
It has extraordinary nutritional and healing virtues.
Called “Heart Medicine”, Cacao nourishes the body, giving great energy, and heals the mind, in particular through “Theobromine”, a molecule of happiness connecting the head to the heart!
---Authentic Movement---
The authentic movement is a “somatic practice” more than a dance, which is practiced in a “large circle” (group) and in “dyads” (duos).
It is an inner journey, with eyes closed, where many intimate sensations can be explored, but also an outer journey, where we are allowed to explore what surrounds us, the sensations, the textures, the contact of other humans... to live the Unity with our senses and with the living.
