Learn jammer smart skills for keep your head in the game longer. Learn drills for smart jamming, avoiding hit outs and staying inbounds or strong on reentries.
Then combine those skills with offence and learn to move through a pack with your offence.
The last part of the workshop will run through some scrim scenarios to exercise those skills.
