Jamme's Crunk Fitness is the incredibly fun, high-energy dance workout that's so much fun it doesn't feel like you're working out at all. It is a power-packed combination of basic aerobics steps and funky dance moves broken down for all levels. Located at Blissful Crossings Event Center _strip mall to the right of Walmart Crestwood - next to American Deli). Free parking. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers (hip-hop style preferred but not required). Bring water and towel. Hydrate an hour before workout. Make sure you have eaten a healthy meal on workout day. Dim room with flashing lights. No cash accepted. Online sign-up only. No refunds.
