In 2015 James was appointed to the faculty at Lancaster University Management School in the UK to teach an MBA-level series on how to predict where technology is headed. In the past 10 years, his predictions have rang mostly true with the sole exception of overestimating the role of IoT. The classes were repeated at the University of Washington Foster Business School in 2018 during his year-long stint as the Fritzky Chair of Leadership and then taken on the road in Europe at INSEAD (France), IESE and ESADE (Spain), LBS and Oxford (England) and Heriot Watt (Scotland).
Now this classic course comes to you in a condensed form to highlight its most impactful moments. You'll learn how to read the tech-future tea leaves.
