“Stunningly Lovely” - The Huffington PostWe are proud to be bringing James Walker and friends to The Greenbank for a wonderfully intimate evening of songs and stories this winter.
A tenderhearted and enthralling artist, James Walker has captivated audiences at over 1,000 shows across the world, receiving tens of millions of streams globally, and on December 15th he will be joining us here in Bristol.
His latest body of work, 'things happen / people do things', is a deep and affecting release that tackles stories of grief, trauma, and eventual recovery.
Featuring collaborations and co-writes with Richard Walters, Judy Blank, Nathan Nicholson, MMX, Youri Lentjes and Cooza, 'things happen / people do things' will be released over the coming year.
Tickets are £10 in advance, and will be more expensive on the door.
This will be James’ first headline tour of the UK and Ireland, and we can’t wait to host him. These shows are made possible thanks to Arts Council England’s investment in quality arts across the country.
