James Vickers made his stage debut just a week before his 12th birthday in 2021 at the Queen's Sunday Blues Jam. Since then, this rising star has been unstoppable, blending his love for ACDC with the soulful sounds of Stevie Ray Vaughan, and creating his own unique sound. 🎸🔥
Now at just 14 years old, James leads the James Vickers Band with incredible passion and skill. With his bandmates Carson Maertz (guitar), Sara Varro (drums), and Rick Becker (bass), they've rocked major music festivals and even headlined iconic venues like the Queen's. They recently dropped their debut EP, featuring 5 original tracks written by James himself! 🎧🎤
The band has shared the stage with legends like Jim Byrnes and Crystal Shawanda, and James has opened for big names such as Michael Sharratt, Wide Mouth Mason, and Garret T. Willie. His performance at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN earlier this year was nothing short of electric! ⚡
