NOTICE: NEW LOCATION- Gordon Moore Park in Alton.We would like to invite all affiliated and non-affiliated Unions from St. Louis, the Metro East and surrounding areas to participate in the 2025 James Stanley Memorial Charity Softball Tournament which begins Wednesday, August 20th and concludes on Saturday, August 23rd at Gordon Moore Park, 4550 College Ave, Alton, IL 62002
This year’s fee of $400.00 per team is due before the coaches/captain’s meeting to be held August 13th at 6:00 p.m. at the Machinists Center, 161 N. Shamrock St., East Alton, IL 62024. All participating groups are asked to have someone at this meeting for tournament rules & selection of brackets.
The winning team will be awarded the privilege of selecting the recipient of the prize money (traditionally awarded to legitimate and worthy community organizations and causes) and is honored with the “traveling trophy” for display in their Union hall.
