JAMAA Presents: BHM Celebration 2025 – A Vibrant Tribute to Black History in Houston

Houston, TX – JAMAA is proud to present its Black History Month Celebration 2025, an event dedicated to honoring the contributions and legacy of African Americans. Taking place on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Hosanna Lutheran Church (16526 Ella Blvd, Houston, TX 77090), this gathering promises to be an inspiring and engaging experience for the community.

This year’s theme, "African Americans and Labor," highlights the profound impact of Black labor and perseverance throughout history. Attendees will enjoy a mix of education, entertainment, and culture, making this event a must-attend for all who wish to celebrate and honor Black history.

🎤 Musical Performances:

• Houston’s own R&B artist Bee Honey will set the tone for the celebration by performing a powerful rendition of "Lift Every Voice."
• The Sensations singers group, Connection, will bring their electrifying energy and soulful harmonies to the stage.

🚗 H-Town Toy Car Club Caravan:
In tribute to Black History, the H-Town Toy Car Club will roll in with a spectacular display of custom and classic cars, adding an exciting visual element to the event.

Guests will have the opportunity to browse and shop from local Black-owned businesses, artisans, and vendors, offering unique crafts, artwork, clothing, and more.
