As part of our Cultural Mosaic project, every third Thursday we hold a Jam Session workshop, a space for free music making, connecting and co-creation.Some call it a jam session, some call it music therapy, but for us it is an opportunity to connect with ourselves through music, listen to others and create something unique.
You don't need any prior knowledge or experience. The magic is in discovering new rhythms, instruments and parts of your own voice that you may not have had the chance to explore before.
We are led on this musical journey by:
🎤 Maya Himalaya – explores the world of singing from blues to intuitive vocals, mantras and African melodies
🎸 Davor Peršić – makes his own instruments and brings a special warmth to every musical story.
🎵 Jam session is one of four workshops that bring Cultural Mosaic to life on Thursdays / with drumming, open mic nights and soon intercultural cuisine.
✨ The Cultural Mosaic project is intended for foreigners, people living in Zagreb and Croatia, and coming from different cultural backgrounds, a space for meeting, sharing and co-creation through art.
