About this Event
In this New Year, New Vision workshop reflect on what has been bringing you joy and what are you looking forward to in 2025. Through the practice of vision boarding, identify your ambitions for the new year in different categories (personal, financial, relationships, professional, etc) and workshop a personal 2025 mantra! Integrate all your intentions by connecting your mind, breath, and body with a supportive yoga flow.
Workshop Schedule:

2-3:30pm [Workshop runtime]
What you'll walk away with:
- Led by a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist and certified yoga instructor.
- Participants receive a worksheet from The Jam Planner as the vision board activity.
- Attendees learn breathing techniques and yoga poses to help calm their nervous system.
- Leave feeling more clear about your vision for the future and grateful for your present.
What to bring: We will provide a yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters. You may also bring a water bottle and a journal. Wear comfortable clothing.
If attendees have iPads or tablets, they’re encouraged to bring them to the workshop so they can begin to create a digital vision board. Or they can begin to think and journal about what they want to put on their physical vision boards.

Meet Jordan:
Jordan A. Madison, LCMFT, is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist and certified yoga instructor. She owns and practices at Therapy Is My J.A.M., LLC, a private practice that helps individuals and couples heal from their pasts to understand their present and create the future they desire. Since completing her 200-hour, yoga certification, she has begun hosting mental health workshops in her community. She is the author of The CBT Journal for Mental Health, which uses her “J.A.M. Method” of journal prompts, affirmations and mindfulness exercises to help prioritize one’s mental health. Outside of being a therapist, she is a blog writer for Therapy for Black Girls, and the cofounder of The Jam Planner, a digital planner that assists users with being more productive while also prioritizing their self-care. She is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and therapy.
