About this Event
The Couples JAM Session is a thoughtfully designed 90-minute workshop aimed at helping couples deepen their relationship, increase intimacy, and foster a stronger emotional connection. This workshop leverages journaling, affirmations, and mindfulness exercises to create an environment where couples can reflect, communicate, and connect on a meaningful level.
Enjoy lighthearted icebreakers to set the tone for open communication and connection. Followed by guided journaling inviting partners to reflect on their relationship through thoughtful prompts, such as recalling cherished memories or expressing gratitude for one another. Partners will write in their provided couples’ journal and then share their responses, fostering vulnerability and understanding. After which, partners will exchange affirmations. This simple yet powerful practice helps partners feel seen, valued, and loved. Partners will be led through mindfulness exercises to help couples cultivate presence and intimacy. Activities like eye-gazing, synchronized breathing, couples yoga poses and mindful touch encourage a deeper, nonverbal connection, creating moments of stillness and emotional attunement.
