Facilitated Class: Reimagining the social dance space as playground for exploring embodiment (within group dynamics). Led by Christina and ElijahJam: followed by an open dance with live improvisational music provided by the in-house dojo band. With musicians and dancers influenced by one another, we will travel through sounds that may be groovy, funky, trancey, ethereal, spacious, loud and soft. Are all welcome to giggle, cry, roll, shake, tumble, sit, squirm, and boogie together on a forgiving floor.
All ages, all bodies, all experience levels are welcome.
