Learn how to preserve seasonal fruit just like your ancestors did. During this hands-on class, you’ll transform farm-fresh fruit into 2 types of jam. We’ll create a refrigerator jam and one that’s shelf-stable by processing it in a boiling water bath. What a fun way to elevate PBJ sandwiches or hot biscuits!
