Howdy friends! There is a new open jam in town!Join us at Cage Brewing on the last Tuesday of every month for an open jam.. The next monthly jam will be November 26th!
Sign ups on a first come first served basis ( will try to get to everyone)

We have a great sound system, with backline drums and amps, bring some friends, an instrument, your voice, or some drum sticks and come jam. All experience levels welcome. This is a great place to connect with other local musicians and make music together, and potentially get after forming a group or finding gigs together!
About the venue:
Cage Brewing is a staple of the downtown St Petersburg music and arts scene, with music Wednesday (now sometimes Tuesdays) through Sunday weekly. They host local, regional, and international acts on their roomy stage... There is plenty of room to enjoy some great music, food and drinks with a covered courtyard dance floor, with an additional outdoor turf grass lounge area with plenty of sitting or standing room available. The beer is phenomenal, and brewed in house, & they recently opened an in house restaurant Kraken Joes Pizza, with wood fired pizza, salads, fries, meatballs & much more. All events are kids & pups friendly with adult chaperone unless otherwise specified.
About your host:
Jake Lombardi is a local musician, producer and sound engineer in the St Petersburg area. He fronts an original project called "Expression" playing guitar, singing, and playing midi keyboards for various sounds he designs using Ableton.. Jake is the Cage Brewing house sound engineer, as well as one of the sound engineers and house band members at The Blueberry Patch. From hosting open mics and jams locally for years, to releasing original self produced albums and EPs, gigging around the bay and running sound for many many bands locally, we are assured that we will get you sounding real good if you come jam with Jake!
