Paradise, sunshine, happiness, peace, fun. We’re returning to Nosara for our 4th annual Jai Spring Retreat — and we couldn’t be more excited!
Join Meg Allen + Cheryl Beckmann for 7 nights in a boutique luxury villa on the jungle shores of Costa Rica. With breathtaking sunsets, vibrant community, and space for just 14 participants, this intimate retreat blends yoga, adventure, and soul‑nourishing connection.

- Passport valid 6+ months after travel required
- Travel insurance highly recommended
- Arrival: Liberia International Airport (LIR), Saturday March 21 (~1 PM)
