More of a journey than a class, you are invited to two transporting workshops with world-renowned yogi and teacher, Jai Dev. Take one workshop, or even better, jump in for both.
With transporting yogic exercises, enlivening breathwork, and blissful meditations, we lighten which has grown heavy, calm that which has been anxious, and tap the deeper reservoir of inner vitality.
In these special practices, we brighten both inner and outer radiance by bringing the body, mind, and electromagnetism into a rhythmic, harmonic state. Here, a new blissful sense of being emerges.
