About this Event
Firstly, I would like to give a huge thanks to Fuzion Fitness Brampton for hosting the space for us!
I was Zumba certified for over 6 years. I love to dance, interact and meet new people, especially in the field of dance or business.
I have created an inclusive platform where individuals with different dance styles and music tastes can enjoy an intense, funky, and fun exercise class that pushes limits and gets you out of your comfort zone. I encourage confidence, individuality, and personality during the class. You're not even going to remember you're exercising! Both men and women, at all levels, are encouraged to join! No one is excluded.
I understand this may be far for some, but it'll all be worth it in the end. It's only once a month, and it'll be a party every time, so plan ahead and bring a friend!
Come on out every fourth Sunday of the month to dance, scream, let loose and break through your fitness wall. I promise you'll leave sweatin' and smilin'.
