Join us on Friday, September 26, 2025 at Fearing’s Restaurant for a special evening celebrating the 90th birthday of Jacques Pépin, as part of the Jacques Pépin Foundation’s 90/90 Dinner Series.Hosted by Dean Fearing, the evening will begin with a cocktail hour on Live Oak, followed by a five-course dinner with wine pairings.
The celebratory menu will feature creations from Dean Fearing, Mike Matis, and Corey Thomson of Fearing’s Restaurant, alongside guest chefs Janice Provost (Parigi / Café Momentum), Tiffany Derry (Roots Southern Table / Radici Wood Fired Grill), and Kim Canteenwalla (Crown Block). Wine pairings will be curated by Fearing’s sommeliers, Paul Botamer and Miguel Sayago.
This unforgettable evening will bring together Dallas’s culinary community in tribute to Jacques Pépin and in support of the Jacques Pépin Foundation’s mission to expand access to culinary education.
