Nantucket Bay Scallops - Seared bay scallops on parsnip purée, complemented by Frangelico cream sauce, hazelnut crumble, pomegranate seeds, microgreens, and lemon zest.

Chicken Oyster Croquettes -Golden-fried croquettes filled with tender chicken oysters, Parmesan, and a rich béchamel, served with a silky Caesar dressing, lettuce purée, and garnished with shaved Parmesan and microgreens
