WHO (GAME Participants):

We invite low-income members of the Mississippi community who are eager to learn innovative strategies to enhance their effectiveness in life. The game offers a platform for individuals to understand how, by working in unity with others, they can achieve personal and communal advancement. This is a call for community leaders and members to come together, experience transformative strategies, and carry these lessons back to their communities for broader impact.

The game features:

An engaging introduction and team-building exercises.

A clear overview of game rules and objectives, encouraging meaningful participation.

Regular reflections on goal achievement and community building.

A closing ceremony to celebrate accomplishments, with follow-up opportunities to assess long-term impact.

A forum for ongoing engagement and opportunities to share experiences on various platforms.

WHY (GAME):

The game is designed to address the challenges faced by low-income and marginalized communities in Mississippi, focusing on financial stressors, societal constraints, and environmental factors. It provides practical tools and strategies to navigate these challenges, emphasizing community collaboration and support.

The game is free and open to adults over 18, prioritizing low-income individuals and Black Catholics, though all community members are welcome to foster diversity and inclusivity. Space is limited, so registration is essential to ensure a place in this transformative experience.

Ticket Sales & Event Guidelines

Pre-Event Survey: To enhance your experience and improve our game, we kindly ask participants to complete a pre- and post-event questionnaire. Your valuable feedback is crucial for us.

Sacred Space Policy: We cherish the atmosphere we create at our events, aiming to provide a safe, reflective space for all. In honoring this sanctity, we request that all cell phones be turned off and stowed away during the event. To respect privacy and encourage full presence, we prohibit photographs, selfies, and any form of picture-taking within the event space. However, we've designated a special area for those who wish to capture memories with photographs – the red carpet area.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the sacredness of our gathering, allowing everyone to carry their experiences in their hearts rather than on the cloud. As a token of our gratitude for your compliance, door prizes await those who partake in this digital detox.

Thank you for helping us foster a memorable and transformative event.

Please note that the event date and time are currently tentative and subject to confirmation. We are in the process of finalizing arrangements with our venues to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees. Should there be any changes to the schedule, we will notify all registered participants well in advance to accommodate any adjustments. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to create an unforgettable event for you.
