On January 9th, we’re happy to invite you to a special evening with Jackson Berg – a chef from the United Kingdom and a dear friend of DMV, returning for the third time.Jackson Berg is one of our favourite young chefs, whose modern, ingredient-led cooking continues to surprise us in the best way. His creative path has been shaped by some of the UK’s most iconic kitchens, including St John Bread & Wine, Bistrotheque, The Goods Shed, Barletta and Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen. Today, Jackson leads the kitchen at Faith In Strangers in Margate.
In the UK, Jackson is recognised as one of the most exciting chefs of the new generation. His cooking is defined by a minimal number of ingredients, deep respect for produce and an ability to let flavour – not garnish – take centre stage. Every dish is thoughtful, honest and quietly bold.
Rooted in the Druska Miltai Vanduo philosophy – food born from craftsmanship, curiosity and attention to detail – this dinner will be playful, generous and designed for sharing. Together with the Druska Miltai Vanduo team, Jackson will present a menu built around the best seasonal ingredients and a few beautiful surprises along the way.
