Come enjoy a late summer day in Lynchburg, TN, home of Jack Daniels. Our day trip adventure begins with us departing Knoxville (Walmart-3051 Kinzel Way) at 7:15am then Farragut (Cracker Barrel-716 N Campbell Station) at 8am. We arrive in
Lynchburg, TN at 10:45amct for lunch at Mary Bobo's, a historic Southern restaurant known for its warm hospitality and delicious, homestyle meals such as fried chicken, country ham, and fresh vegetables. After lunch, take a leisurely stroll to the Lynchburg Hardware & General Store, a charming shop that offers unique souvenirs and Jack Daniel’s memorabilia. It’s the perfect spot to pick up a keepsake from your visit. We end our day with a tour of the iconic Jack Daniel’s Distillery at 1:30pmct. Explore the picturesque grounds, learn about the distilling process, and discover the rich history behind this world-famous whiskey. Our tour ends with a tasting of 6 unique Jack Daniels samples. We depart Lynchburg at 3pmct to return home to Knoxville by 8:30pm after stopping for dinner on your own in route.
