**Crab Louie** with avocado, tomato, endive, and Thousand Island dressing, paired with 2023 J. Lohr ‘Gesture’ Viognier, Paso Robles.
**Tagliatelle Pasta** with duck confit, roasted squash, wild mushrooms, and thyme, paired with 2022 J. Lohr ‘Falcon’s Perch’ Pinot Noir, Monterey County.
