GENERAL ADMISSIONS CHECK-IN:
Check In Begins: Friday, June 19 @3:00PM
Check In Begins: Saturday, June 20 @10:AM
Check Out: Sunday, June 22 @10:00am

VENDOR INFORMATION:
Event Dates: Friday, June 19 thru Sunday, June 22nd
Location: J. Blade Ranch 651 Ward Road Ellenwood, GA 30294
VENDOR FEES:
Non-Food Vendor: $50 (1 day)
Non-Food Vendor: $85 (2 day)
Food Vendor: $100 (1 day)
Food Vendor: $175 (2 day)
VENDOR ENTRANCE:
- Vendors are asked to arrive between the times of 10:00am-1:00 pm.
-All vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before opening.
-Breakdown must be completed by 11:00pm on June 20th & June 21st
- Vendor passes include one (1) additional pass for an assistant/partner
-In case of severe weather, a reschedule date will be determined.
- Registration for this event confirms that the vendor will be in attendance to this event within the required set-up time.
- There will be no refunds submitted to vendors in the event of cancellation at the fault of the vendor. It is expected that registered vendors attend the event to assist in the success of the event.
